As For Me And My House Men’s Ministry In Joshua 24:15, as Joshua prepared the children of Israel for the land of Canaan he made it clear that first priority went to those with whom he had immediate and direct control: he and his “house.” It is clear that Joshua took the lead in his household. There was no outward timidity, hesitation, or question about his role in the family. He moved forward with God’s will realizing his first responsibility was for the leading of his family, then the nation. Spiritual leadership is first developed and refined in the home. Men have the responsibility (opportunity and God-given ability) to take the lead. (1 Corinthians 11: 1-3; Ephesians 5: 23; 6: 1-4; ). At Christ Lifters the sole purpose of our Men’s Ministry is to encourage men and build accountability for men to be Christian leaders in their homes as well as in the Lord’s church, to love our wives as Christ first loved the church, and to train up our children in the ways of the Lord. 

Proverbs 31 Women’s Ministry Seeks to lead women into a deeper, personal relationship with Christ. With Proverbs 31:10-31 as a guide, Proverbs 31 is a community of real women offering support and real-life Biblical solutions to those striving to maintain life’s balance, in spite of today’s hectic pace and cultural pull away from godly principles. Wherever a woman may be on her spiritual journey, Proverbs 31 Ministries exists to be a trusted friend who understands the challenges she faces, walks by her side, encouraging her as she walks toward the heart of God. The primary purposes of Proverbs 31 are to provide an authentic community of REAL women to belong, foster a continuous experience of God’s Word in fresh ways while nurturing a life of prayer.

It Takes A Village Youth Ministry The African proverb “It takes a village to raise a child” still holds true today. However, It Takes A Village is not a youth ministry; it is a movement designed to bring youth to embrace who God is in their everyday lives, not only in childhood and adolescence but on into adulthood. Christ Lifters’ Youth Council leadership offers creative and exciting opportunities to help your children grow spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. The youth involved in this movement will learn who God is on a personal level (Time), what God has given to them (Talents), How to give back to God and community (Treasure) and how to hold onto these characteristics through good, holy, Christian and safe relationships with the CLCF Youth Council adults.

(Bone of My Bone) Marriage Ministry Christ Lifters Community of Faith is a family church, thus our marriage ministry’s primary purpose is passionately to ensure that marriages stay healthy and thriving at CLCF! Da B.O.M.B. Ministry exists to save and strengthen marriages, and equip couples to build their lives, marriages, and families on the timeless principles of Jesus Christ and His truth for healthy marriage & family relationships. We refuse to buy into the status quo, “divorce is acceptable,” attitude that much of our culture accepts and even promotes. Classes, conferences, and workshops are scheduled throughout the year so married couples can connect with other married couples and learn how to stay married for life.

Single People Loving And Serving Him (S.P.L.A.S.H.) The CLCF Singles Ministry seeks to support Christian singles to live Godly and fulfilling lives as they negotiate the personal, professional, and societal challenges/pressures of being single. The Singles Ministry addresses contemporary issues, equips, and empowers single adults to overcome them successfully. The purpose of the Singles Ministry is to empower Christian singles to live a life pleasing to Christ. We realize that not all singles desire to marry. Consequently, we believe that you can have a whole, fulfilling, and fun life as a single person.
